The Laird / Antenex B132S is a 21 inch long, Chrome, base loaded mobile VHF and UHF whip antenna with NMO base and spring. This antenna does require a metal ground plane. It is omnidirectional and offers 2 dBi gain and accepts up to 100-200 watts max power and operates in the 132-525 MHz range.
