“Our company ordered 15 antenna's for our trucks with overnight shipping. The order arrived one week late and it was sent to my old home address. The packaging clearly showed the Target DC address but they choose to send it someplace else. The customer service with Arcadian politely informed me that they wouldn't refund us the money for something that was sent to the incorrect address by the shipping company. Horrible experience and I will make sure that Target doesn't purchase anything else from the company.”

“Try to figure out how to improve the range on your VC70, and you'll find Zebra recommends using their RPSMA-RTRPSMA adapter, plus an 8508851K46 antenna...both IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND! Furthermore, even if you could find the stuff, it wouldn't help much Why? Because when the VC70 is used on a forklift, the roll cage, or overhead guard traps the wireless signal inside or severely distorts it. Installing a small antenna directly on the VC70 won't solve that problem. However, if you use an antenna kit that installs ABOVE the overhead guard, that eliminates all interference, and provides the antenna with a clear path to the WAP / wireless access point.

We have successfully deployed this VC70 antenna range extender kit in our facility. The kit is comprised of an indoor / outdoor rated, high-powered antenna (for both 2.4 & 5 Ghz WiFi) a magnetic mounting base, a 12 foot coaxial cable and the ever elusive Reverse Polarity/Reverse Thread connector. When using this, or any other external antenna, be sure to configure your unit to "persistent" external antenna settings, or else when you re-start the unit, it will default back to using the internal antenna, taking away any gains you've made.”
