Will the FM2 bracket work for the Laird OD9 series?
Posted by Michael Crudele on

It a very basic mount but it works fine and we don’t have any other mounts to work with this system. If you are willing to expand your antenna search beyond the OD9 series to all small antennas that work in the 900 MHz range, we have two recommendations found below. What Antenna and NMO Mount Should I Install That Will Connect to a Kentwood N800K Radio

Our recommendations for antenna: B4505CNS: This Laird antenna is a chrome 32 inch UHF whip antenna that doesn’t need a ground plane. It also features a spring base for bumpy roads. B4502NS: This Laird/ Antenex B4502NS antenna is a 15 in long, chrome base coil omnidirectional whip antenna that operates in the 450-470 MHz frequency range. A metal ground plane is not required for this part. Our NMO mount...
