Mounting Hardware for A5060 Large Shelf Antennas
Posted by Michael Crudele on
Q) Is there any mounting hardware for A5060 Large Shelf Antennas? A) Unfortunately, A5060 Large Shelf Antennas does not have any available mounting hardware because they basically “sit” on a shelf or mount flush to a wall. If you would prefer to find a “mount-able” extra-large antenna you should look at the antenna below… The green arrow points to RFMAX’s R9029-XL-12SSF antenna. This part is a 30 x 12.5 x 0.5 inch, 9 dBic antennae that can be mounted on a wall, mast, etc. It’s a low profile circularly polarized RFID antenna that operates in the FCC range...

Can RFMAX HDMNT-100MM be used with square posts?
Posted by Michael Crudele on
Q) Can the RFMAX part # HDMNT-100MM be used with square posts? A) Yes, you can use RFMAX’s HDMNT-100MM on square posts. There are three ways you can do this and it can be fairly simple to accomplish. There are three ways you can set up the bracket and it depends on whether the post is metal or wood. If the post is wooden, you can align the mounting holes vertically parallel to the post and drive lag bolts into the wooden beam. If the post is metal, you can drill and use a nut and bolt combination to...

Magnetic Mount for Cradlepoint IBR900
Posted by Michael Crudele on
Q) Do you carry a magnetic mount antenna for the Cradlepoint IBR900 with GPS + Dual Cellular + Dual Wi-Fi? A) We certainly can provide a magnetic mount antenna(s) for the IBR900. We have two options that we can convey to you all. Our first option is RFMAX’s “brick” antenna RBMM-G44WW-17-SSSRR-B. It’s a compact, low profile, ultra-rugged magnetic antenna that’s designed for M2M machine-to-machine applications. It’s optimized for Cradlepoint: IBR1100, IBR900. Sierra Wireless: GX450. PepLink: Max BR1 Pro, Max TST. Motorola: VML750. Netcom Wireless: NTC-1410W. Maestro Wireless: E220. Our second and final option Is RFMAX’s black Five-in-One Vehicular antenna G44WW-17SSSRR....

MIMO/Diversity Omnidirectional Antenna for 4G/LTE
Posted by Michael Crudele on
A client was recently looking for a new MIMO omnidirectional antenna for 3G/4G/LTE. He expressed his confusion and stated that he was originally looking at EAD’s LMO7270 but hoping to receive other ideas. So we come to the main point of this blog, do we have the EAD’s LMO7270 or an equivalent? Yes. We offer multiple antennas for your dual 3G/4G/LTE MIMO needs, but the ones we recommend are RFMAX’s RBDM-44-SS-6 and RBMM-44-SS-6. RBDM-44-SS-6 is RFMAX’s direct mount MIMO 3G/4G/LTE/Diversity LTE cellular antenna. With dimensions of 7.9 in x 3.5 in x1.8 in, it’s a compact and ultra-rugged antenna designed...

ROSA-900-SNF Made with an N-Male Connector Instead of an N-Female Connector
Posted by Michael Crudele on
Recently we had a client inquire about our ROSA-900-SNF antenna. The client wanted to know if we could make our ROSA-900-SNF with an N-male connector instead of an N-female connector. The answer to that is yes. we have the same antenna made with an N-Male connector with a part # ROSA-900-SNM. The ROSA-900-SNM from RFMAX is also an outdoor rated, omnidirectional stick antenna except it’s made with an N-male connector instead of an N-female connector. This antenna is perfect for IoT usage in the US FCC 902-928 MHz range. It can be used indoors or outdoors and is...
