The Laird / Antenex B3803W is a 10 inch long, Chrome, base loaded mobile UHF whip antenna with NMO base. This antenna does require a metal ground plane. It is omnidirectional and offers 3 dBi gain and accepts up to 100-200 watts max power and operates in the 380-520 MHz range.
